1. Permitted purpose
You may search, view and bookmark retailer profiles for your own legitimate supplier-sales research, account planning and business analysis. Subscriber access does not include printing or PDF export. Magazine PDF production is reserved for authorised Octomedia staff.
A company email domain or other business identity may be used to verify account eligibility. That verification does not transfer your legal responsibilities to ARCD or Octomedia.
2. Prohibited activity
- Print directory pages or save them as PDFs through subscriber access.
- Share an account, credentials or authenticated session with another person.
- Resell, sublicense, publish, upload or provide directory data to another database, list service or customer.
- Use scripts, bots, browser automation, scraping, crawling or other automated means to access or extract the service.
- Bypass access controls, quotas, suppression, privacy flags, rate limits or technical restrictions.
- Reconstruct, infer or seek suppressed individual contact data, or combine ARCD information to harass, discriminate or cause harm.
- Use the service for unlawful spam, deceptive marketing, credential attacks, surveillance or another unlawful purpose.
- Misrepresent directory information as verified by ARCD when its label says unverified, overdue, estimated or pending review.
3. Responsible company contact use
Published phone, email and fax values are general company contact evidence recovered from source records. They are not a promise of consent to marketing or a substitute for your own suppression, consent and legal checks.
Do not continue contacting a recipient who asks you to stop, and do not use ARCD to evade an opt-out, block or correction.
4. Security and enforcement
Report suspected account compromise or exposed restricted information promptly. Do not test security controls without written authorization.
We may preserve relevant audit evidence, investigate suspected misuse and temporarily suspend access. Confirmed material or repeated breach can result in termination without a voluntary refund, subject to mandatory law.
